Return & Refund Policy

At Southwest Yacht Sales, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

At Southwest Yacht Sales, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and documentation.

  • The product must be in resalable condition, free from wear, damage, or signs of installation.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
     

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.


Important: Items returned without original packaging or labeling, or outside the 15-day window, may not be eligible for a refund.
